The deployment of ink is an important task in the color printing process and is directly related to the printing quality of the product. Bright colors, good lightness, and accurate hue are basic requirements for color printing products. To achieve this requirement, printing ink must be accurately formulated.
1. Grasp the law of three primary colors and achieve accurate ink deployment
Any color is mixed with different proportions of three primary colors, and the three primary colors can be mixed into black after being mixed and mixed. The three primary colors are mixed in equal amounts and added with different proportions of white ink, and can be formulated into light gray inks of various colors. If the three primary color inks are mixed in various proportions, they can be adjusted to have a variety of different hue inter-colors or multi-colors. If the two primary-color inks are mixed in equal amounts, they can become standard inter-colors; two primary-color inks can be mixed in different proportions. After, can be divided into a variety of different hue of the inter-color. Any color ink, after adding white ink, its hue is brighter. After adding black ink, the hue becomes dark.
2. Analyze the hue of the original and correct the color cast using the complementary color theory
First, carefully analyze the colors in the manuscript. In general, applying the changing rules of the three primary colors, in addition to the gold and silver colors, any complex color can be deployed. However, in practice, the ink color matching of the three primary colors alone is not enough. In fact, the ink pigments that are actually manufactured even have a certain degree of color difference in each batch of ink produced. When color analysis determines the primary and secondary color inks and their proportions, they are blended. If there is a deviation in the hue allocated, the complementary color theory can be used to correct the hue. For example, a hue green emphasis, you can add a small amount of red ink. Taste too heavy can be corrected by adding blue ink.
3. Preparation of color and complex colors
The color difference is a mixture of two primary color inks. The hue of red and yellow is orange; yellow and blue are green; red and blue are variable purple. The primary colors of pink and yellow are mixed with 1:1 to obtain a large red phase; if they are mixed with 1:3, dark yellow can be obtained; if 3:1 is mixed, a golden red phase can be obtained. If the yellow and blue colors are mixed, the green color can be obtained; if 3:1 is mixed, green color can be obtained; if 4:1 is mixed, apple green can be obtained; if it is mixed with 1:3, dark green can be obtained. If the primary colors of pink and blue are mixed in a 1:3 ratio, a dark blue purple color can be obtained; if the color is mixed with 3:1, an approximate color of pink can be obtained. The complex color originates from the mixing of three primary color inks. If they are mixed in different proportions, multiple types of complex colors can be obtained. Such as the original color pink, yellow and blue equal deployment, can be approximated black; peach red 2 and yellow and blue, respectively, 1 to prepare mixed brown red; pink 4 and yellow and blue each a deployment, can obtain red brown; If the pink, yellow, l, 2 copies of the blue, can be equipped with olive; peach, yellow, 1 each, blue 4 mixed deployment, can be dark green.
4. How to mix ink
Analyze the excellent phase based on the original and determine which inks should be used. To adjust the lake blue ink, where white ink is the main color, peacock blue is the auxiliary color should be slightly added. If you want to deepen something slightly more blue. If you want to adjust the olive yellow-green ink, determine the white ink is the main, add light yellow and peacock blue and slightly pink. As long as the main color is determined, other colors are auxiliary colors, gradually adding a small amount of stirring. Then use two pieces of paper (the same as the printing paper), one of them is coated with a little bit of adjusted ink, the other piece of paper is scraped to the thickness of the printed ink layer, and it is compared with the original to see if it is appropriate. Use as little as possible different colors of ink, can be tuned with two inks, do not use three inks to adjust, so as not to reduce the gloss of the ink. On the other hand, the scraped ink color tone is slightly darker than the original color, so that the printed color sample can be more accurate. After the sample's ink hue is quasi-adjusted, you can adjust the ink in batches according to their respective ink proportions to ensure the quality of the ink transfer and improve work efficiency.
As long as we master the changing laws of the three primary colors, apply good color knowledge, and practice and analysis, we will be able to quickly and accurately deploy color inks that are accurate, colorful, bright and suitable for printing. Quality lays a solid foundation.
