The extruder developed by this research was called a "chaotic mixing type low energy extruder." The on-the-spot inspection by the Guangdong Province Technology Supervision Machinery Product Quality Inspection Station showed that the extruder has achieved a significant breakthrough in energy consumption. Previously, China's polymer packaging material extrusion composite production line had long been monopolized by foreign companies, mainly from Japan's Sumitomo, Modern and Musashino, South Korea's Star and other companies. This achievement has obtained independent intellectual property rights, filled the domestic gap, broke the long-term monopoly of foreign products in the Chinese market, and produced very good economic and social benefits. The results are of great significance for the development of China's packaging industry and the promotion of China's food, beverages, dairy products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, industrial and agricultural chemicals and other industries to improve the level of packaging technology and enhance product competitiveness.
