ST440A semi-auto stiching machine installs Micro-computer control, original U.S.A.M2000 stitching head, Italy motor, Taiwan transducer. Its feature: manual and automatic operating, speed adjusting, calculating, automati cally stop while paper jam happened, no stitching without paper.
It is conveyed through double pusher while stitching books, all books can be protected obviously, and also can be used for some difficult and uncommon paper format, more flexibility.
It is applicable for stitching all kinds of notebooks, booklets, magazines, poster, advertising manuals etc.
St440 Semi-Auto Stitching Machine is widely applicable for stitching the thin books such as magazines, catalogues, note-books, calendars..etc, we are using the originally imported stitching heads such as U.S.A M 20000 and Germany Hohner, etc..The production speed can be 500-5000pcs/h, the max book size is 440x430mm and the min book size is 127x89mm. Apart from that, the book thickness is about 0.3-4mm. As per the customer's requirements, this model can even be installed 6 stitching heads at maximum.
