Folding carton line design example analysis II

1, 2 Design a new line as a line

For the odd-numbered prismatic cassette type shown in Fig. 5, two kinds of problems such as flat-plate adhesive joints and plate-shaped transportation stacking must be taken into account. Therefore, two working lines CC1 and AA1 must also be designed. CC1 plays a role in forming the folded three-dimensional shape. While AA1 does not function as a molding job, it is a pure work indentation line, ie a new line is designed.

For some special folding carton, the forming folding line can not be aligned with the two ends of the blank after the flat folding. The two vertical lines must be redesigned, and the line should extend through the cover as the case requires. (襟) or base plate (襟), as shown in Figure 6a, BF1 line and DG1 line, Figure 6b, FF1 line and GG1 line.

2 Non-tube disc folding carton line

Non-tube non-disc folding cartons are usually multi-piece configura- tions. Their structure is more complex than that of tubular cartons, and their production processes and manufacturing equipment are correspondingly increased. Therefore, the molding characteristics and manufacturing technology are different from other cartridge types. . An important step in the box-type molding is to design a central horizontal indentation line at the bottom of the box, which in turn allows the box bottom to be automatically molded in use, and therefore is a working line as shown in Figure 7.

Figure 8 shows a number of provisional folding cartons. In order to ensure that the connectors on both sides of the box body are bonded in the flat state, it is also necessary to design a horizontal line ef at the bottom of the box to ensure that the box body is flat when transported, and the box body is automatically formed during use.
