The thickness of corrugated board is a very important factor in the design of corrugated boxes, which is generally the sum of the thickness of the base paper and the height of the corrugated medium.

Third, corrugated box blank construction
Corrugated cardboard can only be made into corrugated box blanks after slitting, indentation, and opening angles. The box blank structure mainly includes vertical pressure (mark) lines, horizontal pressure (marks) lines, slots and joints.

Section 2 Corrugated box structure

2, combined type
A combination type is a combination of basic types, that is, composed of two or more basic boxes, represented by multiple sets of four digits or codes. Example Corrugated box with 0204 type rocking cover, under cover with 0215-type map.
Representation method: The upper flap/lower flap is 0204/0215. The cartons are 0303 type, but the diagonal line (ie, the fold line) of the lid part is changed to the BH surface, and the oblique line of the box part is still on the LH surface.
