At present, there are many types of polyurethane plastic raw materials commonly used, but they are mainly composed of the following materials.
A component (A liquid), which is made of polyether material, is added into the reaction vessel according to a certain amount, and the temperature is 100-115° C., dehydration is decompressed, and the temperature is reduced to 40-45° C. after 1.0-1.5 h. Adding diisocyanate material, the temperature rises slowly at a rate of 1~2°C per minute. When the temperature reaches 80~85°C, the heat preservation reaction takes about 2~2.5h. When it cools down to 50°C, it completes all reactions and is stored in the kettle.
B component (B liquid), that is, color paste manufacturing, the filler, color and polyether are stirred evenly, after grinding, the fineness is below 50Pμm, the moisture content is less than 0.1%, and the barrel is kept.
The rubber pellets are produced by using glue embryos, after pelletizing, smashing, and then sieving (3-4 mm mesh), and the moisture is stored in bags.

Methyl bismuth chlorobenzene glue (MOCA): baking point 100 ~ 104 °C, total chlorine 28%, free chlorine 0.1 or less;
Trimethylolpropane (TMP): Flash point 160°C, viscosity 100°C
Phenylmercuric acetate: industrial products, content ≥ 9.5%;
Lead octanoate: 42%;
Lead naphthalate: industrial products, P610%;
Zinc naphthalate: industrial products, content 10% to 12%;
Dibutyltin dilaurate: tin content 17% to 19%;
Preservative 264: industrial products, ignition point 68 ~ 70 °C;
Oleic acid: acid value 188~203, baking point 13.2°C, boiling point 286°C/13.3kp;
8-Hydroxyquine copper: industrial products, content 78.5%;
Dibutyl phthalate;
UV absorbers.
