Features that gravure ink must have

Then transfer the ink of the graphic part to the printing film by printing. From this printing process, gravure ink must have the following characteristics:
1. The working ink is a thin fluid with good fluidity, which should be easily filled into the mesh on the plate cylinder.
2. The ink has good squeegee adaptability, that is, it is easy for the squeegee to scrape off the non-graphic part of the ink on the surface.
3. The ink has sufficient cohesion to prevent the plate cylinder from telling the centrifugal force to be unbalanced during operation.
4. The working ink has good transfer, new printing ability and good viscoelasticity, that is, the ink in the mesh opening of the printing plate cylinder is easily transferred to the printing film and the previously printed ink, and its image, text, line dots are not easy Spread out and get bigger.
5. After the working ink is transferred to the printing film, it has good fluidity to ensure the formation of a smooth ink film.
6. The working ink dries quickly through solvent evaporation, and its drying speed is compatible with the printing speed.
7. The working ink has a certain resolubility to ensure that the untransferred part of the mesh can be re-dissolved into the working ink system.
The performance of gravure ink must first meet the needs of the above-mentioned gravure printing process. In addition, the ink film transferred to the film must adapt to the impact and stimulation of the subsequent process and various use conditions on the ink film during the use of the printed product.
