Taiwan successfully developed a precision linear slide

According to overseas media reports, Taiwan's HWIN has successfully developed linear slide rails and has been widely used in machine tools, automation industry and semiconductor equipment.
The newly introduced four-row type is a single arc-arc type contact, and incorporates an optimally designed, ultra-heavy duty, precision linear slide rail that is more than 30% more load and more rigid than other four-row linear slides of the same type. With four directions and other load characteristics and automatic centering function, it can absorb the mounting surface assembly error.
Shanghai S&T Technology has introduced three series of new products this year, including: One, four-row linear slides with extra-heavy loads. The product emphasizes high speed, high load, high rigidity and high precision. Its application areas are as follows: machining center machine, precision machining, heavy cutting machine tools, marble cutting machines, grinding machines, injection machines, punching machines, automation equipment, and transportation equipment.
Second, heavy load low temperature ball screw. HIWIN's new all-electric injection molding machine dedicated ball screw, creating a new era of low temperature heavy duty ball screw. This technology can not only reduce the heat generation and thermal expansion phenomenon of the ball screw during high-speed operation, but also achieve the purpose of high speed and high precision, and increase its durability, which can save the manufacturing cost of the injection molding machine.
Third, the precision linear module, with the linear transmission products maturing, the Shanghai company integrated ball screw and linear slide technology, research and development of precision linear platform (Linear Stage), with single-axis, multi-axis (XY Table) type, have achieved Patents of the United States, Japan, Germany and other countries.
