This article adopts a process-oriented approach to break down the entire laboratory measurement management activity into several interrelated sub-processes. By doing so, it aims to provide a more comprehensive and clear understanding of all aspects of the measurement management system. Furthermore, the methodology discussed in this paper is not limited to laboratory settings but can also be effectively applied to enterprise-level measurement management systems. The study highlights the importance of systematic approaches in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in measurement practices. It also emphasizes the need for continuous improvement and adaptation of management strategies in response to technological changes and operational demands.
