Calcium ion concentration detector detection principle

I. Product Introduction The Calcium Ion Detector is a specialized instrument designed to measure the concentration of calcium ions in various liquid samples. It operates using an ion-selective electrode method, which allows for accurate and reliable detection. This device is widely used in fields such as medicine, environmental monitoring, water quality testing, and soil analysis. Its user-friendly design makes it suitable for both laboratory and field applications.

II. Technical Parameters - Measuring Range: 0–1000 mg/L - Resolution: 0.1 mg/L - Repeatability: ≤2% - Indication Error: ±5% FS ±1 digit - Power Supply: AC 220V, 50Hz

III. Instrument Features 1. Equipped with a microcomputer and a touch keyboard, the device offers an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. 2. The sensor utilizes a calcium ion-selective electrode, composed of a measuring electrode and a reference electrode. This ensures stable potential output, fast response time, and convenient operation. 3. The instrument supports fully automatic three-point calibration. Once the reading stabilizes, the current value is automatically stored, and data remains intact even after power loss. 4. High-resolution display provides precise readings at 0.1 mg/L, making it ideal for sensitive applications.

IV. How to Test a Water Sample Before testing, rinse the electrode with deionized water and gently blot it dry with filter paper. Then, immerse the electrode in the sample solution and press the "Read" button. The device will automatically display the stabilized measurement result.

V. Precautions 1. Prepare three standard calcium chloride solutions before calibration to ensure accuracy. 2. During calibration and testing, always use a magnetic stirrer to maintain consistent temperature, stirring speed, and ionic strength. 3. When handling sample solutions, clean the electrode thoroughly and use filter paper to remove excess moisture. Avoid mixing containers for dilute and concentrated solutions. Try to measure concentrated samples based on dilute ones for better precision. 4. It's recommended to calibrate the instrument before each test. If the test interval is short and the measured value falls within the error range, recalibration may not be necessary. 5. After testing, rinse the electrode with deionized water, dry it with filter paper, and store it in its protective case to maintain performance and longevity.
