Management of Air Showers in Pure Water Plants
(1) It is essential to maintain clean access routes when entering and exiting the work area. Before stepping into the clean passage, staff must remove their shoes outside the entrance to prevent contamination.
(2) Once inside the clean area, personnel should enter the air shower room one at a time, with only two individuals allowed in each air shower chamber at a given time.
(3) When entering the air shower, staff must step on the sticky mat and turn their body for more than 10 seconds while gently slapping their clothes from top to bottom to remove any loose particles.
(4) When leaving the purification workshop, workers are only permitted to use the buffer zone and must not open the main door directly.
(5) Doors should be opened and closed gently to avoid creating unnecessary air turbulence or dust disturbance.
(6) It is strictly prohibited to blow into the purified area without going through the air shower process.
Storage and Management of Clean Clothes in Pure Water Plants
(1) Clean clothing must be washed regularly, preferably once a week, to ensure it remains free from contaminants.
(2) If the clean clothes become dirty, torn, or no longer meet hygiene standards, they must be replaced immediately. The old garments should be returned before receiving new ones.
(3) The storage area for clean clothes must remain spotless and should contain only the necessary clean attire. No other items are allowed in this space.
(4) Wearing of clean clothes must be done properly, and any disorderly or improper usage is strictly forbidden.
Pure Water Plant Dress Code Management
(1) All clean clothes, masks, gloves, and head coverings must be intact, with no holes or loose parts. Sleeves and pants should fit snugly at the wrists and ankles.
(2) Clothing must be worn neatly, with a well-fitted mask that covers both the mouth and nose to prevent contamination from saliva or respiratory droplets (refer to the attached diagram for details).
(3) Masks must fully cover the mouth and nose to ensure proper protection. Jewelry, watches, and other personal accessories are not allowed in the workshop.
(4) Electronic devices such as mobile phones, MP3 players, and radios are strictly prohibited within the purification area.
(5) Employees who handle products or materials in the workshop must wear finger cots to avoid direct contact with sensitive surfaces.
Pure Water Plant Material Management
(1) All materials entering the purification workshop must be thoroughly cleaned beforehand and passed through the designated material air shower.
(2) Minimize the storage of items inside the purification area. If storage is necessary, items must be labeled with the date and cleaned regularly if left for more than two days.
(3) Materials should be stored in an organized manner, with hazardous substances and cleaning tools clearly classified, stored centrally, and properly labeled.
(4) The use of plain paper is restricted in the purification workshop. If required, it must be placed near the return air vent to minimize contamination risk.
(5) Any temporary product storage within the workshop must be placed on designated shelves and never on the floor to maintain cleanliness standards.
Pure Water Plant Clean Room Cleaning and Hygiene Management
(1) Each section of the clean room is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of its assigned area.
(2) The cleaning scope includes the ceiling, walls, equipment (both inside and outside), workbenches, shelves, doors, and windows—especially hard-to-reach corners.
(3) Cleaning procedures: Internal machine components should be vacuumed first, then wiped with alcohol and dried using a compressed air gun. Work surfaces and equipment should be cleaned from top to bottom, inside out. Floors, walls, and ceilings should be cleaned with clean water, following a top-down and inside-out approach. The overall cleaning sequence starts from the inside of the machines, followed by the surface, then the ceiling, walls, and finally the floor.
(4) Daily hygiene routines require each area’s responsible person to clean their section 15 minutes before the shift begins. This habit should be maintained consistently. Production and quality control teams will assign cleaning responsibilities based on positions, with backup personnel ready in case of absence. Administrative, quality control, and production management staff will conduct random checks to ensure compliance.
(5) A deep cleaning session is conducted weekly, with team leaders reviewing and approving the results.
(6) Waste generated during cleaning must be disposed of in the designated waste area and removed from the clean room through the specified exit route before the end of the shift.
(7) The inspection standard is that white gloves should show no visible stains when touched against surfaces.
Pure Water Plant Personal Hygiene Management
(1) Personnel working in the purification workshop must keep their nails short. Weekly inspections are conducted to ensure no long nails are present, as they can introduce contaminants.
(2) Staff entering the purification area must not wear makeup, nail polish, or apply lipstick. They should wash their hands and feet before entering to avoid odors or contamination.
(3) Male employees must maintain short hair to prevent it from falling into the workspace.
Pure Water Plant Production Discipline Management
(1) All employees must stay at their assigned workstations and are not allowed to leave their posts, move between areas, fight, nap, or sit on the floor or production equipment.
(2) Running, playing, or engaging in any form of horseplay is strictly prohibited within the purification workshop.
(3) Eating or drinking is not allowed in the purification area to maintain hygiene standards.
(4) Except for regular commutes, all personnel entering the purification workshop must carry a valid exit permit for identification purposes.
(5) Each visit outside the clean room should not exceed 15 minutes to reduce the risk of contamination.
(6) All operations must be performed strictly according to the work instructions to ensure consistency and quality control.
