1. One-page print
At the center of the imposition, the center (vertical center line) is spliced ​​to leave a 6 mm bleeding edge, that is, 3 mm bleeding is left on each side of the single page (requires two cuts).
To clarify: If the prints you make do not have bleeding pictures, shading, or full color shading, etc., you can press 1 to spell the plate, the center can be a knife.
2, the imposition of the envelope
At the time of ordinary manufacturing, we habitually put the envelope together with the "tongue". This method is more expensive than paper (there is no blank application), but the pattern continuity is good.
Another way is to cover the cover, "tongue" to do it alone, so as to save paper, but more than a "paste", that is, scrape the glue once in the product (or more than a double-sided tape).
3, box imposition
Ordinary large box (beyond 8K) does not have to be imprinted, direct printing
Here is a brief introduction to the imposition of small packages.
Try to make the imposition task the most compact under the premise of opening together, but the packaging process involves more than the subsequent process. The rolling box (cutting the edge and pressing the crease line) is the most important, then you need to pay attention to the imposition. The distance between the two edges is not less than 3mm, otherwise it will be very troublesome in the time of the stencil, which will affect the quality of the product.
When you finish the imposition (as approved by the customer's signature), it is best to produce a large original stencil film to facilitate the printing factory.
4, hand thorn card
The allies who can make a copy of the handwriting have the same experience, do 8 stabs on a hand-punched paper, and then cut it out with a card cutter. In fact, it is very expensive. My experience is that you can make 10 hand stabs with a hand-punched paper. You don't have to cut the card machine. If the number is small, you can use a ruler or a knife. If the number is large, you can borrow the paper from the printing factory. The machine is very convenient and very economical. If you only make one or two boxes of hand thorns, it is just colorful, and just if you have a cover in your hand, then apply the blank space of the envelope.
5, tag cards and stickers, etc.
Very annoying equipment. But there is no difficulty, be careful and calculate the size. Divided into three categories:
(1) One-size-fits-off (no bleeding), similar to hand stabs, all outermost margins require bleeding;
(2) Two-knife cut (including bleeding);
(3) rolling box, punching, rounded corners (required row of knife version, spelling the same as 2);
(4) Mixed type, in the case that the number of demand is proportional, it can be mixed in the combined layout.
