Drawing a die-cut version of the outline is commonly referred to as a drawing, which is a key part of the entire plate making process. It can be said that the production efficiency and precision of the die-cut version mainly depend on the pattern process. Because only the print is accurate, we can ensure that the plywood can be accurately cut.

The traditional drawing process is: First, the contour of the sample image to be die-cut is painted on thin white paper with carbon paper. If the sample is thin paper, it can be directly painted, and then the outline of the die-cut pattern is drawn with white latex. On the plywood, the saw blade is to be dried. This process is not only time consuming and time consuming, but also has poor manufacturing accuracy and is not ideal. Especially in the case of some complicated layouts with complicated layouts, if the production technicians are not skilled in the operation, the effect of manual layouts will be even worse, often resulting in the revocation of the reprinted version. Based on this situation, we decided to break the conventional practice and changed the traditional drawing process for some special editions with complicated layouts and difficult to draw. We used the computer-generated printing plates to draw together the die-cut version of the outline pattern, and then output directly. The pattern film, in this way, greatly improves the production efficiency and accuracy, and effectively ensures the accuracy of the die-cutting plate and the printing plate. After the production of the die-cut outline pattern film is completed, when the paste is applied, the white glue is first applied on the appropriate part of the plywood, and the glue is evenly scraped evenly with a die-cutting knife, and the front surface of the film can be pasted on the plywood. , And then use a piece of cloth on the back of the film with a little force evenly leveled, so that the film calmly close to the plywood. After the glue is dried, when sawing the saw blade, the sawing can be done accurately as long as it is cut along the outline of the pattern on the film.

The use of computer graphics die-cut version of the contour pattern to make a die-cutting board, after process practice shows that this method is particularly applicable to the pattern of complex shaped version, its simple, fast and high-precision production effect, welcomed by the operator.
