High performance and breathable uniaxially stretched film special resin

High-performance, high-permeability, uniaxially-stretched film-specific resin is mainly composed of polyethylene and micron-sized inorganic minerals. Addition of aluminum-zirconium coupling agent, metallocene-polyethylene modifier, composite dispersant and other additives are used. Processing, dispersing and compatibilizing, blending modification technology and mixing and extrusion process are developed into special resin. With high heat resistance, good melt flow, low water content, good dispersion, stable processing characteristics, etc., suitable for cast uniaxial stretching process to produce high permeability film.

The resin can be widely used in the field of hygiene products, medical care products, electronic instrument packaging, building wall mold proofing and the like. The project has passed expert appraisal and reached the international advanced level, which can replace imported products.
