Product Manual:
The L-2008 Low Temperature Ultrasonic Extractor is an advanced chemical reaction device that combines modern ultrasonic technology with a low-temperature constant temperature system. It integrates high-power ultrasonic generation, heating, compressor refrigeration, temperature measurement and control, and stirring systems. Ultrasound refers to sound waves with frequencies above 20,000 Hz. When these waves propagate through a medium, they cause intense molecular friction and heat dissipation, leading to various primary and secondary ultrasonic effects such as thermal, chemical, and cavitation effects. The cavitation effect generated by ultrasound can alter the activity of the reaction system, creating localized high temperatures and pressures sufficient to initiate chemical reactions. This forms a high-energy center that promotes smooth chemical reactions, making it a key factor in ultrasonic catalytic processes. Secondary effects like mechanical shock, emulsification, diffusion, and crushing also enhance reactant mixing, making the process more efficient than traditional methods such as phase transfer catalysis or mechanical stirring. As a result, ultrasonic technology has gradually become a common tool in chemical laboratories, significantly improving the efficiency of organic medicinal chemistry.
