If it’s locked onto the crossbar at the bottom, turn the handle to open the door fully. Place the sample and diluent in the sterile bag inside the homogenizing chamber. Ensure the bottom of the bag is not below the hammering plate and that the mouth of the bag is exposed. Close the door gently until you hear a “click†sound, confirming it's sealed. The LCD should now show “Close.†3. **Remove the Bag:** With your left hand, hold the top edge of the bag. Open the door with your right hand and remove the bag once the process is complete. If the sample is contaminated, use a special tool to extract the bag safely. 4. **Set Parameters:** Select the desired speed and time using the control panel. Each button press will emit a beep.
