Waste plastic screen separation

The pulverized waste plastic is thrown into the wind screen separation device from above, so that the air is blown from the horizontal or reverse direction, and the different plastics are separated by the difference between the resistance caused by the resistance of different plastics and impurities to the air flow and the resultant force of self-weight, and sand and other materials are also used. Impurities are separated from the plastic. This separation method generally requires attention to the size and shape of the isolates as they will directly affect the separation effect. This method is suitable for separation between plastics with a large density difference. Because many plastics have small differences in density, and the density of the same kind of plastic is different (due to different additive content), strict length screening is not possible. Wind screen separation devices mainly include vertical, horizontal, and eddy current.

1. The vertical type is generally a zigzag or similar cylindrical device. Air is blown from the bottom of the device and the material is floated in the middle of the cylinder. Devices of different shapes and different wind speeds can separate materials according to the type, and lighter ones discharged from the top will be discharged from the bottom.

2. The horizontal type is a rectangular container with several hoppers. The air is blown horizontally from the side. The waste is thrown in from above. The heavy ones fall into the nearby hopper. The light is blown to the farther place by the air stream and flow into the hopper. Bottom discharge.

3. Eddy-current air is blown into a radiating vortex. The waste is fed from the side. After the vortex is formed, the lighter is taken out from above and the heavy is evacuated into the bottom.

In addition, it is also possible to use vertical and eddy-current systems in combination, together with comminution, magnetic separation, vibrating screens, etc., to form a combined system for the separation of wind screens.

Lip balms are most often used to moisturize and protect the Lips. They often contain SPF protection.

Lip Balm or lip salve is a wax-like substance applied topically to the lips of the mouth to moisturize and relieve chapped or dry lips

The primary purpose of lip balm is to provide an occlusive layer on the lip surface to seal moisture in lips and protect them from external exposure. Dry air, cold temperatures, and wind all have a drying effect on skin by drawing moisture away from the body. Lips are particularly vulnerable because the skin is so thin, and thus they are often the first to present signs of dryness. Occlusive materials like waxes and petrolum prevent moisture loss and maintain lip comfort while flavorants, colorants, sunscreens, and various medicaments can provide additional, specific benefits.

Lip balm can be applied where a finger is used to apply it to the lips, or in a Lipstick-style tube from which it can be applied directly.

Lip balm was first marketed in the 1880s , though its origins are commonly traced to earwax which was used as lip balm prior to that.
