From August 12th to 22nd, the National Energy Solar Power R & D (Experimental) Center successfully completed the project quality acceptance inspection of the 500kW off-grid photovoltaic power plant in Ruoqiang County, Xinjiang, a project supported by the "Golden Sun Demonstration Project".
The power plant is currently the largest off-grid photovoltaic power plant in China, with an estimated annual power generation of nearly 800,000 kWh, which can solve daily electricity problems for more than 800 local farmers and herdsmen without electricity. The Solar Energy Center is based on the “Notice of the Interim Measures for the Administration of the Golden Sun Demonstration Project†jointly issued by the National Energy Administration, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Science and Technology on April 1, 2011, and in accordance with CNCA / CTS0004-2010 “Basic Requirements for the Acceptance of Grid-connected Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects The standard carries out the acceptance testing work, mainly carried out the test content of photovoltaic system power quality, inverter efficiency, system electrical efficiency, photovoltaic string consistency, photovoltaic array insulation resistance, photovoltaic system nominal power, protection device and equipotential body.
The on-site inspection team of the Solar Energy Center also carried out project acceptance inspection work for two other rooftop grid-connected "Golden Sun Demonstration Projects" subsidized power stations. The two power stations are the 700kW photovoltaic power station in Changji City, Xinjiang Special Transform Industrial Park and the 350kW photovoltaic power station in Urumqi Zhonghe Park.
The National Energy Solar Power R & D (Experimental) Center was completed in July 2010, and has obtained China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment Laboratory Accreditation (CNAS) and China Metrology Certification (CMA) qualifications. Carrying out the acceptance inspection of the photovoltaic power plant project will provide quantitative indicators for the key performance of the photovoltaic power plant such as the optimal design, infrastructure structure, electrical safety, and overall power generation efficiency of the Golden Sun Demonstration Project, which will effectively guarantee the construction quality of the Golden Sun Demonstration Project in China.
