There are also some manufacturers, their plates are indeed E1 grades, but not the real E1 grade, but the E2 grades, after formaldehyde treatment, can reach the E1 grade. But in fact its harm is still there. If these plates come to the consumer's home, the degree of harm will be no less than that of the previous dairy industry, which will become a health hazard.
Good or bad
The decision whether the board is good or bad is not whether it uses MDF or solid wood particle board, but the origin and quality of the same board. From the place of production of plates, the main production of poplar and eucalyptus in the north of China is relatively light and the hardness is not good enough. The southern part mainly produces mixed wood, which has good hardness and firmness. In terms of quality grade, the plates produced by different plate manufacturers vary with the purchase of raw materials, the weight of the press, the use of glue and the manufacturing process. Even the same manufacturer, there will be different A, B, C and D. Graded sheet products. Therefore, the really good sheet is made up of large-scale sheet metal producers, advanced production equipment, high-density hardwood raw materials, and superior grade A sheets produced with imported binders. However, these professional knowledge cannot be seen by ordinary consumers. Even professionals in the industry cannot identify with the naked eye, but must be authenticated by professional tests.
These substrates are used in the manufacture of furniture, and are also divided into different veneers, such as stickers, paper, melamine, PVC, solid wood, etc. The most used in the industry is the melamine surface. In addition to the above plates, the production of furniture sometimes uses splints, large core boards and pure solid wood boards. The large core board and the splint are convenient for manual processing, so they are mostly used for decoration on-site production, but because of the rough process and poor environmental performance; the pure solid wood board production is mostly used for relatively high-grade furniture, and the cost is quite expensive, but the board itself is basically not The release of formaldehyde, so environmental performance is very high, favored by high-end consumers. In addition, the environmental performance of pure solid wood furniture is also affected by the quality of paints and thinners. If solid wood furniture is imported with environmentally friendly paints and thinners, there will be no release of free formaldehyde, so it is very environmentally friendly.

environment. And they should be allowed to return to room temperature before
making an exposure.
