Corrugated cardboard is made by bonding paper, paper, core paper and corrugated paper processed into corrugated corrugations. According to the requirements of commodity packaging, corrugated board can be processed into single-sided corrugated cardboard, three-layer corrugated cardboard, five-layer, seven-layer, and eleven-layer corrugated cardboard (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3). Single-faced corrugated cardboard is generally used as a protective layer for packaging of goods or to make lightweight cagging and backing plates to protect products from vibration or collision during storage and transportation. Three-layer and five-layer corrugated cardboard are used in making corrugated cardboard boxes. Used by the party. First, the shape of corrugated cardboard

Different corrugated corrugated shapes and bonded corrugated cardboard have different functions. Even if the same quality of facial paper and paper is used, the performance of the corrugated paperboard formed has a certain difference due to the difference in shape. At present, there are four commonly used corrugated shapes in the world. They are type A, type C, type B, and type E. Their technical specifications and requirements are shown in Table 1. The corrugated paperboard made of A-type crucibles has good cushioning properties and is full of certain elasticity. C-type crucibles are inferior to A-type crucibles. However, the stiffness and impact resistance are better than that of the A-type crucible; the arrangement density of the B-type crucible is large, and the corrugated paperboard made of a flat surface has a high bearing pressure and is suitable for printing; the E-type crucible is thin and dense, but also presents its rigidity. strength.

Second, corrugated waveform shape

The corrugated corrugated paper constituting the corrugated cardboard is classified into a V-shape, a U-shape, and a UV-shape.

The characteristics of the V-shaped corrugation waveform are: high surface pressure resistance, saving adhesive usage during use, and saving corrugated base paper. However, corrugated cardboard made of corrugated corrugated board has poor cushioning properties, and the corrugated board is not easily restored after being subjected to pressure or impact.

U-shaped corrugated waveforms are characterized by a large area of ​​adhesive, strong bonding, and a certain amount of elasticity. When impacted by an external force, it is not as fragile as a V-shaped raft, but the plane pressure is not as strong as a V-shaped raft.

According to the performance characteristics of the V-shaped crucible and the U-shaped crucible, a UV-shaped corrugating roll manufactured by synthesizing the advantages of the two has been commonly used. The processed corrugated corrugated paper not only maintains the high pressure resistance of the V-shaped crucible, but also has the high adhesive strength of the U-shaped crucible and is rich in certain elasticity.
