Shenzhen University Reflective Material Factory to provide new anti-counterfeit materials

The reflective material factory of Shenzhen University was established in 1986 and is an experimental base for production, learning and research in Shenzhen University. The company mainly produces laser holographic anti-counterfeit products, including anti-counterfeit trademarks, laser holographic packaging films, hot stamping films, and anti-counterfeit cards, among which various technologies have obtained national utility model patents. The factory was relocated to Xili Sunshine Industrial Zone in Nanshan District in May 2002. It covers an area of ​​over 2,000 square meters. The factory equipment is fully equipped. It has a laser dot matrix lithography machine, a fully automatic wide-width laser holographic image molding machine, and full tension control. Cloth machines and roll-type vacuum coating machines form a fully closed production system. There are 48 employees in the whole factory, including 6 senior technicians, 5 intermediate technicians and 9 junior technicians. Mr. Xu Daxiong, an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is the technical consultant of our factory, and the technical personnel account for 43.89% of the total number of the factory.

Since its establishment, Shenzhen University Reflective Material Factory has continuously introduced new technologies, new processes, and new equipment to enhance the scientific and technological content of its products. It has won a number of scientific and technological progress awards from provinces, cities and districts. And a number of national patents, a number of products to fill the gaps in the field of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting in the domestic advanced level. In recent years, leading domestic peers have introduced semi-permeable holographic films for printing, films with discontinuous metallization, and revealing patented products such as recessive holographic pressure-sensitive labels, with their high technological content and new process technologies in the field of anti-counterfeiting. Unique, in which the semi-permeable holographic film for printing not only has a high diffraction efficiency, but also can be used to see through the holographic film to print the printed content, both beautiful and can prevent counterfeiting, has been in medicine, cigarettes, cosmetics (for example: Kazakhstan Pharmaceutical Group, Sanjiu Group, China Pharmaceutical Group and other products are widely used in packaging. The holographic hot stamping film and holographic transparent hot stamping film produced by our factory have matured and stabilized the process and led the industry trend. It opened up the market in the fields of cigarette packets and cosmetics (such as Longliqi and Yipin Huangshan).
