How to Determine Your Body Shape?
Method One:
1. Stand about one meter away from a mirror. It's best to be naked, because even undergarments can change your silhouette.
2. Focus on the overall shape of your torso. Imagine your upper body, waist, and hips as separate sections. Compare them visually to identify your outline. Don’t get caught up in details—just observe the general shape. It's easier than it sounds!

Method Two:
