Realization process of gloss primer + partial UV glazing effect

Where UV varnishes are to be applied on top of conventional offset printing inks, the standard practice is to use a layer of water-based varnish as the base coat to "seal" the ink. This "intermediate varnish" allows two different inks and varnish systems to be quickly connected to add ink and varnish when the paper passes through the printer at one time.

In this sample, the conventional overprinted primary colors were printed wet-wet in the first to fourth printing units. Then apply the full width gloss waterborne primer in the first glazing unit for drying, and then add a high gloss UV glazing oil with a UV-stabilized relief glazing plate.
