In order to monitor the residues of clenbuterol and salbutamol in animal products, a capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry method suitable for biological tissue samples such as pig liver was established. The conditions for capillary electrophoresis separation and mass spectrometry detection of two kinds of kinetin and clenbuterol and albinotin were optimized. After pretreatment, the samples were analyzed by capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry. The electrophoretic separation time was less than 6 min; under the best experimental conditions, the detection limits of clenbuterol and salbutamol were 0.4 and 0.3 kg . The method has high sensitivity, strong specificity, accurate and reliable measurement results, and can be used for confirmatory detection of clenbuterol and salbutamol residues in animal products.
