Domestic machine-type flexographic printing presses have made rapid progress: The rapid introduction of imported machine-type flexographic printing presses has not only brought information to the domestic printing press manufacturing industry to the attention of the relevant national authorities. A meeting was specially convened to study countermeasures and to guide and support domestic printers to develop and develop narrow-width unit-type multi-function flexographic printers. Seven companies have started to produce narrow-width multi-function flexo presses: Shanxi Taihang Printing Machinery (Taihang), Shaanxi Printing Machinery, Beiren Fuji, Shanghai Ziguang, and Xi'an Heiniu Plant ; Wuxi Baonan Printing Factory; Wenzhou Shenli Printing Factory.

From the domestic potential market speculation, it is entirely possible to sell 150 unit flexo presses in the next five years. Moreover, the selling price of domestic machines is about 2 million, only about one-half to one-third of imported machines.

Rapidly changing the status quo that no one currently employs skilled personnel is now in place, creating an abundant talent market. The flexo printing plant has the ability to independently operate and solve difficult problems, and at the same time practically teaches the supporting knowledge and equipment supply channels for flexo printing. Supporting equipment, such as plate, ink, anilox roller and round-circular die-cutting knife, are required for flexo printing. Except high-grade ink, some of them rely on imports. The round-circular die-cutting knife is still blank. Other basic requirements have been met. need. Therefore, the development of round-bore circular die cutters whose development prices can be accepted by users should be included in the agenda. Not only steel knives for large-volume use, but also thin-cutting knives that can be used with magnetic rollers at low prices should be manufactured so that the unit type can be flexible. Printing machines play a greater role in order to gain greater market share.
