Lime soil base layer construction quality requirements:
Lime soil is commonly used as a subbase material in road and track construction due to its good compaction properties and stability. To ensure the quality of the lime soil base, the following standards must be strictly followed:
1. The limestone particles larger than 20mm should not exceed 10%, and the maximum particle size of the soil should not be more than 50mm.
2. There should be no undigested lime particles or stones larger than 10mm present in the mixture.
3. The lime soil should be thoroughly mixed to ensure even distribution and a uniform color.
4. After being compacted with a 12-ton steel roller, the depth of wheel marks should not exceed 5mm.
5. The surface of the lime soil base should be free from floating soil, peeling, looseness, or slurry.
6. The allowable deviation for the quality of the lime soil subbase is outlined in the table below.

1. In the "Tian Sai District" section, the term refers to competition areas such as long jump pits or high jump landing zones.
2. Each test point is randomly selected, and the error is calculated based on the maximum deviation.
3. The cross slope result should not exceed 1%.
4. Compaction degree refers to the ratio of the actual density to the optimal density.
5. “B†represents an additional construction value, typically not less than 30cm.
