The overprinting caused by the paper passing through one side means the overprinting is not allowed on the operation surface or transmission side of the longitudinal crosshairs. Moreover, the crosshairs that are not allowed to be overprinted are all in the trailing direction of the standard lines. Common reasons include the following.
(1) A front gauge paper blocking tongue on this side is too high. When the height of the paper blocking tongue is more than 3 times the thickness of the printed paper, it is possible to cause overprinting phenomenon when passing through. Solution: Loosen the adjusting screw, place the 3 sheets of paper under the tongue of the paper stopper, and then tighten the screws to perform a retest. When 3 sheets of paper can be pulled out gently, 4 sheets of paper can be tight.
(2) Linear groove on the front regulation plate
Although the front gauge plate is rigid, it will produce linear grooves after 10 million times of paper friction. The paper may enter the linear groove or may not enter the linear groove. When the paper enters the linear groove, especially printing fine products, it will affect the quality of overprinting. Solution: Remove the front gauge tongue and smooth it with a planer, grinder or file. However, the manual operation is inevitably uneven, and after installation, it must be retested to make the paper edge contact with the front line to prevent point contact.
(3) The feed positioning distance is too short
After the front gauge paper tongue is positioned, the front edge of the paper should be kept at 6-8mm from the front gauge paper tongue. If it is less than 6mm, it may cause the fault of overprinting of the unilateral passing. Because it is impossible to maintain absolute parallelism during paper conveyance, there are always some papers that have a small amount of skew due to various reasons. When these skewed papers enter the front gauge quickly, the front gauge has not yet fallen due to the short feed positioning time Overstepped, resulting in inaccurate overprinting. And left traces of paper crushing.
Solution: Adjust the paper feed positioning distance to 6-8mm.
(4) The brush wheel is too heavy
The brush wheel on the paperboard plays an important role in the accuracy of overprinting. However, when printing paper under 80g / m2, the pressure of the brush wheel on the paper surface should be strictly controlled. Because it is installed on the belt, the front of the paper is generated: the medium force is large, and the support force of the paper below 80g / m2 is small, so that the front edge of the paper is curled, resulting in inaccurate overprint faults. Wrinkles make the product obsolete.
Solution: When printing paper under 80g / m2, the pressure of the brush wheel on the paper surface should be lightened. During adjustment, the adjustment screw can be retracted so that it does not rotate, and then tightened clockwise, so that the brush wheel can be gently rotated on the paper surface.
(5) Press the ball against the edge of the paper
Sometimes the size of the two batches of prints is different or the paper size of the same batch of prints is inconsistent. The paper with a larger size is pressed against the edge of the paper by the paper ball at the trailing edge. .
Solution: Move the paper pressing ball backwards, against the edge of the paper, but not press it in.
