Problems Needing Attention in Testing of Carton Transport Vibration Test-bed
The vibration tester is an experimental device capable of simulating the vibration and shock conditions in the manufacturing, transportation, and use processes to detect the shock resistance of the product and other parameters. The vibration tester can help production and users find faults early and evaluate the seismic quality of products.
Vibration test machine precautions:
(1) test specimen must be rigidly mounted on a test table, otherwise it will resonate and waveform distortion, impact test pieces of the correct vibration test pieces can not be detached, if necessary, the need to shut down.
(2) The jig used in the test should be used correctly and ensure it is fixed to avoid causing injury and equipment damage.
(3) If any abnormality occurs in the test , the test should be stopped immediately to avoid damage to the equipment .
(4) The system must not touch the sensor during operation .
(5) When the vibration tester is working , do not place objects that are magnetic or unfriendly to magnetic contact ( such as watches ) near the vibration generator .
(6) In order for a power amplifier module and the table body having a sufficient cooling time after the switch-off signal it must be cooled after 7-10 minutes before disconnecting power amplifier leakage breaker.
(7) Absolutely not allowed to turn off the control box and microcomputer power before turning off the power amplifier , otherwise it will cause impact or even damage to the power amplifier and vibration table.
